SALVATORE V. AZZOLINE
An associate at Levy Phillips & Konigsberg's, LLP New York City, Goshen, and New Jersey offices, Salvatore V. Azzoline specializes in mass tort and personal injury cases involving toxic tort, consumer product defects, and pharmaceutical litigation.
For the past four years, Salvatore has represented hundreds of clients in the IBM Semiconductor Workers and Offspring Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation involving workers exposed to toxic chemicals while manufacturing computer chips.
Before joining LPK in April, 2001, Salvatore worked for nearly seven years as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. During his tenure, Salvatore gained extensive jury trial experience by trying to verdict many criminal cases. In addition to his trial duties, Salvatore was often called upon by the New York Police Academy to instruct newly appointed police recruits in criminal law and procedures relevant to proper police conduct.
Salvatore put himself through college and law school while working full-time as the Director of Security at a major retail store in New Jersey. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and is a past member of the Bronx County, New York, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations. He resides with his wife and two children in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
